single arrowEmployee Assistance Program Evaluations (EAP)

I provide expert clinical evaluations for a broad range of corporate and nonprofit organizations. Evaluation strengths include expertise in providing these assessments for over 28 years, as well as being an expert in the effects of substance abuse (alcohol and drug abuse) in the workplace. These skills enable organizations to receive the utmost in clinical skill in comprehensive EAP evaluations including, assessments, referral, short-term treatment, and follow-up.

arrowDOT - Department of Transportation required SAP (Substance Abuse Professional) Evaluations

As required by Federal Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, I am qualified to provide SAP evaluations for corporations in the transportation industry. Involved in these evaluations are comprehensive assessment of substance abuse, required letter writing, referral to treatment providers including substance abuse treatment centers, as well as follow-up with these providers. Drug testing schedules are provided in addition to final determinations and recommendations for return to duty.

I receive referrals from courts, pre-trial intervention programs, and attorneys to provide in-depth bio-psycho-social evaluations of those accused of criminal charges. I provide comprehensive reports whcih include assessment results and recommendations.

I receive referrals from organizations to provide critical incident debriefings when a crisis occus on the job. I provide group and individual counseling to help employees work through workplace trauma.
